Support

Include the affected domain or resource, the approximate time in UTC, your device operating system and the error you saw. Explain whether the problem affects mesh access, a published service, or account access. Do not send passwords, enrollment tokens, API tokens, private keys or full configuration files.

Security and abuse reports

Send suspected vulnerabilities, phishing, malware or misuse of a published service privately to the same address. Include the relevant URL and enough detail to reproduce the issue safely. Avoid probing devices or services you do not own or have permission to test.

Privacy and account requests

For questions about data, account deletion or other privacy requests, email from the address associated with your account where possible. We may need to verify ownership before changing an account or sharing its information.
